Why can‘t the gateway connect to the network or shows offline?

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Incorrect Wi‑Fi password — Verify the password and re‑enter it correctly during setup.

  2. Router issues — Ensure your Wi‑Fi router is working properly. If there was a power outage, restart the router and reconnect the gateway following the manual steps.

  3. Weak signal — Keep the gateway and smartphone close to the Wi‑Fi router during setup. If the distance is too great, move the gateway closer to the router.

  4. Hardware issue — If the gateway button is unresponsive or the problem persists, contact customer support for assistance.

Why can‘t I open the valve?

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Low battery — Replace with fresh alkaline batteries.

  2. Debris in the inlet or filter — Clean the inlet and filter regularly to remove debris.

  3. Network delay — Wait a moment and try opening the valve again, as unstable network or response delays may interfere.

Why is the flow meter reading inaccurate?

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Timer installed at an angle — Install the timer vertically. Angled installation may affect water volume measurement.

  2. Low or unstable water pressure — Check your faucet pressure. The normal measurement error is ±5%.

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Unstable Wi‑Fi network — Check that your network is functioning properly. Keep the timer close to the gateway and router during connection.

  2. Timer not in pairing mode — Press and hold the timer button until the red LED flashes rapidly to enter pairing mode. Alternatively, remove the device from the app and re‑add it.

  3. Timer too far from gateway — Move the timer closer to the gateway to improve signal strength.

Why is the timer not executing scheduled watering?

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Debris in the filter — Clean the inlet and filter regularly to prevent clogging.

  2. Rain delay is enabled — Check the app or device settings to see if rain delay has been activated and adjust as needed.

  3. Low‑power protection mode — When battery power is very low, the timer may enter a protection mode and stop running schedules. Replace the batteries with fresh ones.
